SPONSORSHIP GUIDELINES:

  • Please complete and submit the on-line sponsorship application (below)
  • Any company is welcome and encouraged to apply for sponsorship, however, XIWT and the IPv6 Forum reserve the right to refuse an application.
  • Companies accepted for sponsorship will be notified and invoiced by September 11, 2000.
  • Invoices must be paid in full by October 9, 2000. Any accepted companies who have not paid in full by October 9, 2000 will forfeit their sponsorship.
  • Materials to be displayed must be submitted for approval by October 9, 2000.
  • Sponsors providing demos must submit a description of the demo for approval by October 9, 2000.
  • Any signage to be displayed at the sponsor's table must not exceed 5' x 3' and must be provided to XIWT/IPv6Forum by October 9, 2000.
  • Any materials/copies etc. to be displayed are to be provided by the sponsor
